TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MARCRIST INTERNATIONAL LIMITED GIFT WITH PURCHASE PROMOTION

BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS GIFT WITH PURCHASE PROMOTION (“PROMOTION”), YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, WHICH CONSTITUTE A CONTRACT, SO PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING. IMPORTANT NOTE: THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAIN PROVISIONS THAT LIMIT OUR LIABILITY TO YOU AND REQUIRE YOU TO RESOLVE DISPUTES WITH US ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS PART OF ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. 1. ELIGIBILITY:

This Promotion is open to individuals who are legal residents of, and physically located within, the United Kingdom and are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of participation. Employees, officers, and representatives of Marcrist International Limited and its subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising or promotion agencies (collectively, “Promotion Entities”), as well as the immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) and those living in the same household as such employees, officers, and representatives are not eligible to participate.

2. HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

Purchase Method: To participate in this Promotion, purchase any Marcrist diamond products totaling £245 +VAT or more in a single transaction during the Promotion Period. After making the purchase, complete the official online entry form available at [https://promos.marcrist.co.uk/spartan-free-gift] by filling in your details and uploading a clear image of your receipt. Upon validation of your receipt, you will receive a Victorinox Spartan (“Gift”).

Multiple Claims: You may purchase multiple qualifying products totaling £245 +VAT each to claim multiple Victorinox Spartans. For example, a purchase of £490 +VAT will allow you to claim two (2) Victorinox Spartan, provided that you submit the required forms and receipts for each eligible purchase.

Promotion Period: The Promotion starts at 00:00 on 1st September 2024 and ends at 23:59 on 30th November 2024 or while stocks last.

3. PROMOTION DETAILS AND GIFTS:

Each validated entry will receive one (1) Victorinox Multitool. Marcrist International Limited reserves the right to substitute a gift of equal or greater value if the advertised gift becomes unavailable for any reason. The gift is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The offer is subject to availability and limited to one gift per eligible transaction.

4. AVAILABILITY OF GIFTS:

This Promotion is only available while stocks last. In the event that the advertised gift becomes unavailable, Marcrist International Limited reserves the right to either offer an alternative gift of equal or greater value or withdraw the Promotion entirely. Availability of the gift is limited and will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. No purchase guarantees the receipt of a gift. If the Promotion is withdrawn due to stock unavailability, Marcrist International Limited will not be obligated to provide any alternative gifts or compensation.

5. GIFT DELIVERY:

Gifts will be dispatched within 30 days following the verification of your entry. Marcrist International Limited is not responsible for any delays, losses, or damages during the delivery process. Please ensure that all provided information is accurate.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Marcrist International Limited and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any liability or claims related to any injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any gift or participation in this Promotion.

Marcrist International Limited reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if it cannot be conducted as planned, including but not limited to, technical failures, fraud, or any other causes beyond its control. Any attempts by participants to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and Marcrist International Limited reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. DISPUTES:

Any disputes related to the Promotion will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales to resolve any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with this Promotion.
